Responsibilities
Overnight operations of the front desk.
Provide customer service for guest arrivals, departures and phone enquiries.
Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure.
Public area cleaning and after hour owner requests.
Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk.
Conduct daily hotel audit including balance of revenue and payments from all hotel outlets.
Reception duties including check-in, check-out.
Maintain hotel security and safety.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in hotel operations, front office, or a similar supervisory role.
Genuine passion for customer service.
Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.




Enthusiastic, self‐motivated and positive individual.
Immaculate presentation and skilled grooming standards.
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
