JOB DESCRIPTION:
Evaluate training needs and identify gaps in sales performance to develop targeted training strategies
Overall responsible in the design of the company's new hire training program for sales personnel
Develop training materials including presentations, handouts and online resources to support the training program/s
Collaborate with sales manages and leaders to establish training goals and strategies that align with overall company goals and objectives
Deliver training programs for current and current sales representatives through a variety of channels and methods such as virtual, classroom, on-the-job and coaching sessions
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Liaise with external training providers as needed
Maintain updated records of training material and database
QUALIFICATION:
With at least 2 years solid experience in sales training (preferably in financing industry)
Knowledgeable in module design, training facilitation, training needs analysis, use of CANVA, PowerPoint and/or other presentation tools
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
