Estia Health is seeking experienced Personal Care Attendants/Workers for the Yarra Valley Home (Queensland).
This position can be a permanent part�time or casual role.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily life activities, ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable, and well�fed.
Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
Monitor residents' health and support treatment processes.
Serve as a friend and advocate for residents, ensuring privacy and dignity are respected.
Qualifications
CertificateIII orIV in Aged Care.
Prior experience as a caregiver or similar role.
Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
