About The Role
Our Customer Experience team helps you build a customer-centric mindset, learn our core business and systems, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
You will be the first point of contact for Signet customers
Resolving customer queries through various channels; email, phone and live chat
Processing, and optimizing orders




Building product and systems knowledge
You'll also have opportunities for project work in sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, L&D; and supply chain.
The Successful Applicant Will Have
A recent undergraduate degree (or about to graduate)
Previous experience in customer service, retail sales or hospitality
A current Australian driver's license and own vehicle
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
Motivation to work independently
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
