About the role
We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager. Reporting to an accomplished management team, this role is highly visible and requires someone who thrives in a busy and demanding venue. Responsibilities include:
Work with the Venue Manager to implement a unique customer experience;
Manage and oversee the venue operations on a daily basis;
Lead and manage bar and restaurant staff through service periods
Liaise with the kitchen team on a daily basis to ensure the food offering is being delivered as per expectation;
Apply sound business acumen to optimise profitability of the operation.
Skills & Experience
You will be able to demonstrate your hospitality skills and experience, ideally built in a fast paced, high end environment.
You will have an exceptional level of communication, organisation,
attention to detail, and commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.
A high level of leadership, dedication to staff training along with an understanding of the needs and desires of our clientele are essential.

Must have RMLV or willing to obtain (including Approved Manager Licence)
