We are seeking a skilled
HRIS Data Analyst
with proven experience in
SAP SuccessFactors
and advanced
Excel
skills. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about data quality, HR reporting, and delivering insights that support informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HR data in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and quality through cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Analyse HR data and develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel to support business decision-making.
Support HR systems through maintenance, testing, upgrades, data migration, and continuous improvement initiatives while identifying and resolving data quality issues.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency, document reporting processes and standards, and provide support for HR reporting and data-related queries.
Key Requirements
5+ Years experience as Data Analyst within HRIS/HCM project environment
Solid SAP SuccessFactors experience
Skilled in data management and data cleaning
Strong excel knowledge and skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
