This role will see you building the PBS function in Darwin with support from the
Team Lead
and
Regional Manager
.
What You'll Do
Based at
our Darwin office,
you'll support NDIS participants across a diverse and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
You'll work across homes, clinics,



and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
You'll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications
What You'll Need
PBS Registration -
Proficient or above Suitability
Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
Driver's license and own vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum of 4 years' experience within Behaviour Support
