An opportunity, Built for you
As the Site Manager at Built you will be responsible for overseeing all on‐site activities and ensuring the successful completion of the project within budget, on schedule and in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Here's what a typical day might look like for you:
Responsible for accurate daily measuring and monitoring of structure elements assigned.




Site Establishment and Planning – plan initial occupation of the site and develop formal occupation plan.
Quality – ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with codes, standards and specifications, along with ensuring appropriate work procedures are implemented.
Staff Management – direct, encourage and mentor staff on site ensuring that appropriate information including variations, disputes and other contractual matters are fed back to the Project Manager and Contract Administrator.
Subcontractor Management – establish and maintain effective communications with contractors, whilst understanding trade scope of works and items to be supplied by subcontractor groups.
