CMTP is a leading Australian timber pallets and packaging manufacturer seeking a hands-on Production Manager for our Brendale site. You will lead a team of ~15 on the production floor, coaching operators and leaders while delivering safety, quality and efficiency improvements.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll own the day-to-day performance of the site and lead from the front. Emphasis on Lean, 5S and continuous improvement with a practical leadership style.
