Resource Services Group X (RSGx) is seeking a State Operations Manager, Victoria to lead end-to-end operations across HV, substations, renewables, oil & gas/mining, and M&E; scopes in Victoria. The role reports to the General Manager - East and focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in electrical/construction with 5+ years in a senior management role, plus proven P&L;, cost control, forecasting, and union-management experience.
