Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Faculty Projects Officer to join Faculty Operations, Faculty of Business and Law.
The Faculty Projects Officer provides high-level project coordination, operational and strategic support to the Director of Operations across a portfolio of Faculty-wide strategic initiatives, operational priorities and organisational improvement activities within the Faculty of Business and Law.
Operating within the Faculty's centralised operations administration pool, the role works across a broad range of projects and initiatives requiring coordination, stakeholder engagement, governance support, research and analysis, implementation planning and operational delivery.
The position supports initiatives spanning education, student experience, research, partnerships, operations and organisational development.

What You Need To Succeed
Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience in project coordination, operational support, administration or organisational improvement within a complex environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting the coordination and delivery of projects or strategic initiatives, including the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather information, undertake research and contribute to practical recommendations and solutions.
Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality reports, briefing papers, presentations and project documentation supported by highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with academic, professional and senior stakeholders.
Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, maintain attention to detail, and build effective working relationships in a dynamic environment, while exercising initiative, judgement and discretion.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives and support implementation of operational changes, supported by strong digital literacy (including Microsoft Office and relevant systems).
