We are working with a leading international firm who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Defence Liability team within their Sydney office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a dedicated and highly regarded Insurance & Liability practice, running an independent caseload across a broad variety of liability claims. The candidate will support their team high-value personal injury claims such as catastrophic injury, defamation, fatal accident, and motor and product liability cases, as well as product and public liability disputes, defective premises and property damage matters, and complex litigated and pre-litigation files.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
2+ PQE;
Solid background in personal injury and defence liability within a medium to large commercial firm;
Outstanding academics;
Technically excellent;
Willingness to become involved in business development;
