In fulfilling this responsibility, the Faith and Mission Lead will work closely with the Catholic Curriculum and Teaching Lead, ensuring that the right intellectual and spiritual skilled learning is in place so that the Catholic curriculum can be given its fullest expression.
The Faith and Mission Lead will lead and manage a committed team in the development and implementation of programmes to enhance religious literacy of staff, and especially to assess and address the professional learning needs, in terms of knowledge and pedagogy, of those teaching Religious Education.
