Fusion5 is seeking a Technical Engineer to take ownership of incidents and operational activities within our Managed Services.
You will diagnose issues, perform system administration, and implement Microsoft Contemporary Work and Security solutions across customer environments.
You will collaborate with customers, engineers and vendors to resolve complex problems, create knowledge articles, and drive service quality improvements.
A tertiary IT qualification and relevant certifications are preferred.
