Lead one of Queensland's leading precast operations.
An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Plant Manager to take full operational responsibility for a high-performing precast concrete manufacturing facility.
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will lead production, safety, quality, people, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement across the business.
This is a genuine leadership role with the autonomy to make an impact and shape the future of the operation.

The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets, quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading all factory operations from production through to load out
Managing supervisors, leading hands, and factory personnel
Driving safety, quality,



and operational performance
Planning labour, resources, and production schedules
Working closely with engineering, drafting, logistics and project teams
Managing plant, equipment, and facility maintenance
Improving productivity, manufacturing processes, and factory systems
Maintaining a clean, organised, and high-performing operation
About You
To be successful you will have:
Extensive leadership experience within precast concrete, concrete manufacturing, or heavy industrial manufacturing
Proven experience managing large production teams
Strong knowledge of production planning and factory operations
Excellent safety leadership and WHS knowledge
A continuous improvement mindset with strong commercial awareness
Exceptional communication and people management skills
The ability to lead by example and build a high-performance culture
