Mitolo Family Farms is one of South Australia's most iconic agribusinesses spanning decades of growing, packing and distributing premium potatoes and onions across Australia.
They have a growing technology function focused on keeping enterprise systems running efficiently and enabling the business.
As part of this, Mitolo is seeking a Applications and Integrations Specialist to support, maintain and optimise their core business systems.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Applications and Integrations Specialist is a hands-on support and systems role, responsible for the day-to-day health, performance and continuous improvement of business applications across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Information and Technology, you will be the go-to person for level two application support, vendor coordination, testing, user training and application lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide level two/three support for business applications and integrations, troubleshooting and resolving issues and triaging before escalating to third-party providers.
Configure, maintain and upgrade application systems in line with business requirements, ensuring configurations, procedures and user guides are kept current.
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage existing application functionality and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.




Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for support, enhancements and updates.
Develop training materials and knowledge articles to enable the service desk to resolve most application-based tickets at level one.
Manage user access, roles and permissions across supported applications, and ensure compliance with software licensing and data security policies.
Monitor application performance and usage, recommending improvements where necessary.
Ensure applications meet Essential Eight patching and decommissioning requirements.
Coordinate and participate in application testing, deployment and change management processes.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Proven experience supporting and managing enterprise business applications, including systems configuration, integrations, testing and application lifecycle management.
Experience using Business Central is highly desired.
Experience managing software updates, patching, testing and compliance requirements including Essential Eight.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver end-user training and produce clear application documentation such as procedures, user guides and configuration records.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Organised and methodical approach, with high attention to detail and robust analytical thinking.
