This highly reputable firm are seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Wills & Estates to join our established and highly regarded private client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients, managing sophisticated estate planning matters and contributing to the growth of a well-established practice.
You will advise clients on a diverse range of matters, including:
Estate planning, including complex wills and testamentary trusts
Asset protection and succession planning
Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives
Probate and Letters of Administration
Family provision and contested estate matters
Trust and succession advice for individuals, families and business owners
Working collaboratively with colleagues across property, commercial and dispute resolution to deliver holistic client outcomes
Developing and maintaining referral relationships with accountants, financial advisers and other professional networks
Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued success of the team
You will bring:
At least 5 years' post-admission experience practising in Wills & Estates
Robust technical expertise across estate planning and estate administration
The ability to manage matters independently from instruction through to completion
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A commercial, pragmatic approach to client service
A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in mentoring others
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in estate litigation or advising business owners and high-net-worth clients will be highly regarded.
