Key Responsibilities
Category Management: Manage and optimize procurement for catering, cleaning products, consumables, laundry services, and hospitality equipment.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop category strategies and preferred supplier arrangements.
Tender & Contract Management: Lead tender evaluations, contract implementations, negotiations, and category reviews.
Cross-Functional Support: Lead or support strategic sourcing across property, fleet, utilities, ICT, and medical consumables.
ESG & Savings: Analyse spend data,



identify cost-saving opportunities, and coordinate meaningful ESG initiatives.
About You
Proven experience in category management, sourcing, and contract negotiation (preferably in Aged Care, Healthcare, or Hospitality).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify savings and evaluate tenders.
Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, allowing you to build relationships with suppliers, clinical teams, and hospitality managers.
A passion for sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
