Job Description
We're looking for an
AWS DevOps Engineer
to join our growing cloud engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in
automation‐driven environments
, building scalable infrastructure, and improving how software is delivered and operated.
You'll play a key role in
designing, deploying, and managing AWS‐based platforms
, while driving best practices across
CI/CD, infrastructure‐as‐code, and cloud operations
.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage
AWS infrastructure
for scalability, reliability, and security
Build and maintain
Infrastructure‐as‐Code
using Terraform or CloudFormation
Develop and optimise
CI/CD pipelines
for efficient software delivery
Monitor and maintain system health using
logging and observability tools
Support
incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Collaborate with development teams to improve
DevOps practices and deployment processes
Implement
cloud security controls and best practices
Qualifications
Technical Skills
Hands‐on experience with
AWS services
(EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.)
Experience with
Infrastructure‐as‐Code
(Terraform preferred)
Exposure to
CI/CD tools
(GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Knowledge of
containerisation
(Docker; Kubernetes desirable)
Solid scripting skills (
Python, Bash, or PowerShell
)
Understanding of
networking fundamentals
(DNS, load balancing, VPCs)




Operations & Delivery
Experience supporting
production systems and troubleshooting issues
Familiarity with
monitoring tools
(CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
Ability to work in
rapid‐paced, collaborative environments
Experience with
Kubernetes (EKS)
Exposure to
DevOps best practices and GitOps
AWS certifications (Associate level or above)
Experience in
enterprise or regulated environments
