About The Role
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will support individuals in their homes with daily living activities that enhance quality of life. This may include assistance with personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation, shopping, transport, social support and carer respite. This role offers flexibility, variety and purpose and is ideal for people who enjoy working independently while being part of a caring and supportive organisation.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, respectful and community minded, who have a positive and adaptable approach, and who are reliable and committed to supporting others through quality person-centred care. Whether you are an experienced community care qualified or someone eager to learn and build your experience, we welcome applicants who share our values and are passionate about making a positive difference.
A Certificate III or Certificate IV in a relevant Aged Care or Disability industry field
A current Working With Children Check [For the Queensland site, please replace with Blue Card]
A National Police Check (recent)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
A valid driver's licence and comprehensive car insurance
Required health or vaccination compliance in line with current regulations
Location: South Coast – The Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Shoalhaven & Eurobodalla Regions.
