The Role
As a Senior Accountant or Client Manager in this firm, you'll be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at challenging and developing your skills while making a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses. Some of your key tasks will include:
Leading client meetings to discuss results, objectives, and future goals.
Managing a client base of quality clients
Mentoring and providing guidance to junior accountants to support their professional development.
Reviewing work completed by junior staff and provide feedback regularly.
WIP Management and ensuring team productivity is effective in meeting goals and deadlines
Developing KPIs and preparing monthly management reports to measure performance against budgets and objectives.
Providing tax planning proposals and preparing financial statements, reconciliations, income returns, and Business Activity Statements.

What the Firm is Looking For
Looking to attract a quality accounting professional to join their existing team, you will bring the following:
Minimum of five years' experience in public practice within an Australian firm.
Completed degree in accounting or related field.
CA or CPA qualifications – of near completion
Strong compliance skills with a desire to take on more challenging advisory and consulting tasks.
Experience in mentoring or developing junior staff
A personality that allows for confident communication, information sharing and establish quality internal & external relationships
Highly developed verbal communication skills
True client base management
What They Offer
This partnership is all about delivering and performance. If you are meeting or exceeding your goals, you will be rewarded handsomely. An initial salary in the range of $100,000 to $145,000 plus Superannuation can be expected. Note that your initial salary is based on your current experiences but remember this is a starting point. The rest is up to you. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
