About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities on major infrastructure and civil works projects in the Peel region.
The successful candidate will provide strong leadership on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role is suited to an individual with extensive civil construction experience and demonstrated capability supervising crews across roadworks, earthworks, drainage, concrete, and infrastructure projects.
Peel candidates are strongly encouraged to apply – this is NOT a FIFO role.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily civil maintenance activities and work crews
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with specifications, schedules, and quality requirements
Lead pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and site safety initiatives
Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety procedures and company policies




Coordinate plant, equipment, and materials
Manage site productivity and workforce performance
Identify and resolve site issues in a timely and professional manner
Complete site documentation, reports, inspections, and records
Maintain effective communication with management, clients, and stakeholders
Promote a positive safety culture and strong team environment
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience in civil contracting, including supervisory experience
Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (mandatory)
Construction White Card (required)
Current C Class Driver's Licence (required)
Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, safety systems, and compliance requirements
Experience supervising civil earthworks, drainage, road construction, and water infrastructure
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a challenging setting
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Competent in reporting, planning, and site coordination
Australian citizenship is required for this position
Desirable
HR Drivers Licence
First Aid Certificate
Traffic Management qualifications
Machinery operating tickets and relevant civil construction certifications
