Overview
The People Experience Program Lead is responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving high‐impact people programs and experiences across the employee lifecycle, while optimising the processes and systems that enable them. Leveraging HR and Organisational Design experience, the role drives alignment of people programs with business goals, enhances employee experience, and delivers HR operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Drive alignment of people programs with business goals while enhancing employee experience and driving HR operational excellence.
Lead the design and implementation of end‐to‐end people programs using human‐centred design, data insights, and digital enablement.




Deliver and evolve high‐impact people programs and experiences across the employee lifecycle and optimise the supporting processes and systems.
Partner with the global HR team, business units, vendors, and a range of stakeholders to design and implement programs, measure ongoing success through data and analytics, and enhance HR services and processes.
Solve complex, ambiguous challenges and deliver measurable organisational outcomes that can scale for all EOS leaders and people.
