Senior Project Manager
to lead a growing portfolio of projects and a small team of project professionals. This is an opportunity to join a values-led organisation at an exciting stage of growth, where you'll play a key role in driving project outcomes, developing team capability, and supporting initiatives that create meaningful community impact.
About the Role
Reporting to a Project Director, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects from planning through to delivery, leading a team while working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Leading the successful delivery of several projects and programs
Managing, mentoring and developing a team of Project Coordinators
Managing project plans, timelines, reporting and risk management activities
Building strong stakeholder relationships across a broad network
Supporting governance, evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard
About You
We're looking for a capable and people-focused project leader who enjoys working in collaborative and purpose-driven environments.
5+ years' project management experience
Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
Solid stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Well-developed planning, reporting and organisational skills
The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Previous people leadership experience
Experience delivering complex projects from initiation through to completion
