I'm partnering with a well-established builder/developer with a strong pipeline of class 1 residential projects across the regional market in NSW.
They are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor based in Bathurst, NSW (Central West).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day activities of Class 1 residential construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain
productivity and keep works progressing in line with project timelines.
Carry out routine site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with relevant building codes and company procedures.
Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to resolve issues, communicate progress, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar position within Class 1 residential construction.
Solid understanding of residential construction methodologies, relevant building codes, and industry standards.
Strong ability to interpret and apply construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Relevant certifications, including a White Card and First Aid, a current builder or supervisor licence
