Weapartnering with a well-known Australian organisation undertaking a significant enterprise-wide transformation and are looking for a Senior Change Manager to help drive successful business adoption across the organisation.
This is a strategic, business-facing role where you'll work with stakeholders at every level—from executive leadership through to frontline operational teams—to deliver lasting organisational change. You'll join an experienced transformation team and play a key role in ensuring people are engaged, prepared and supported throughout the journey.
What You'll Do
Lead the people side of large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Develop and execute change strategies, impact assessments and stakeholder engagement plans.
Partner with executives and senior leaders to drive alignment and sponsorship.
Engage with frontline teams to support adoption and embed current ways of working.
Design and deliver communication, training and change readiness activities.
Monitor adoption, manage resistance and measure change outcomes.




Work collaboratively with project teams and business leaders across multiple workstreams.
What You'll Bring
Significant experience leading organisational change within large, complex organisations.
Strong background delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Experience supporting large frontline or customer-facing workforces, ideally within retail or eCommerce.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders from executive level through to operational teams.
Experience across business transformation, organisational change, ERP or enterprise technology programs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Prosci, ADKAR or other recognised change management methodology is highly regarded.
