About the Role
We're looking for a
Senior Salesforce Technical Architect
to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives. You'll drive solution architecture, multi-cloud strategy, integrations, AI innovation, and technical governance while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring scalable, secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end Salesforce and multi-cloud solutions.
Lead integration, data architecture, and enterprise solution design.
Produce high- and low-level solution designs.
Provide technical leadership, governance, and code/design reviews.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Business, and Delivery teams.
Drive Salesforce best practices, DevOps, and release management.
Champion
Agentforce
and
GenAI
capabilities across Salesforce solutions.




Must-Have Skills
12+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce Architecture expertise.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect (Mandatory).
Expertise in
Apex, LWC, LWR, JavaScript, Trigger Framework, and Data Modelling.
Experience with
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
Strong knowledge of
Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement
, and contemporary Salesforce architecture.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
Salesforce
Agentforce Specialist
or
Agentforce Innovator Badge
.
Marketing Cloud experience.
Experience with
GenAI, Agentic AI, Pre-sales, POCs, and Solution Design
