Your role
Manages a team providing corporate service functions and administrative support to various teams within Portfolio Asset Management. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of processes and associated documentation, ensuring all functions delivered are professional and standardised across teams. The role is the contact point for human resource matters.
What You'll Do
Manage administrative processes, staff and resources to ensure professional, efficient and cost-effective functions are standardised across PAM.
Lead, manage and monitor the implementation of essential administrative procedures and practices across PAM to ensure best practice in the areas of human resources, finance, fleet, travel, and office accommodation.
Identify, implement and monitor compliance of systems reporting, finance requirements and timeframes, and influence conformity, including in relation to delegations, purchase orders and invoice processing to ensure compliance of PAM's day-to-day administrative and related operations with corporate administrative policies and procedures.
Provide timely, high-level advice to managers and staff across PAM on all aspects of corporate service activities, relevant policies, operating practices and governing legislation.




Lead and manage direct reports including allocating work, appraising performance and facilitating their ongoing professional development.
Ensures appropriate and timely response to enquiries or complaints from tenants, Department of Community services, program teams, counterparts, tenant bodies, councils, private owners and other statutory authorities.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in managing a team to deliver positive outcomes and results.
Experience in developing and implementing complex office systems as well as experience in influencing changed organisational behaviour together with change management.
Experience in financial management and reporting.
Demonstrated knowledge of financial and accounting information management systems and financial controls.
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
Current Driver's Licence.
