You will provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership to the Physiotherapy service, ensuring safe, evidence-based practice and excellent patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary team.
You will oversee workforce planning and rostering, drive service development, and lead research and quality initiatives to improve outcomes.
