What you will enjoy doing
Responsible for controlling how maintenance and servicing work flows through the business
Create and manage work orders so they are accurate, clear and ready to execute.
Maintain a forward plan so technicians have clear, achievable workloads and work is ready to execute
Own the backlog and actively reduce overdue work
Maintain a forward plan so work is ready to execute and technicians are not waiting for direction
Coordinate labour and jobs to improve efficiency in the field
Act as the main point of coordination between customers, technicians and internal teams
Ensure all compliance, access and documentation requirements are completed before work starts
Identify issues early and fix them before they affect delivery
What makes you great
Strong planning and organisation skills, able to stay in control in a busy environment
Experience managing multiple jobs or a high volume of work at the same time
Clear communicator who can work effectively with technicians, customers and internal teams
Takes ownership and follows things through to completion
Practical problem solver who can deal with gaps or unclear information
Comfortable working with systems and managing work order data.
Experience with SAP is desirable
Relevant experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or coordination is preferred
