About the Role
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist Manager to lead our dedicated pharmacy team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist with strong leadership skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare services while driving operational excellence.
As the Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the pharmacy's operations, lead and mentor your team, ensure professional and legislative compliance, and deliver outstanding customer and patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring and developing the pharmacy team
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and dispensary
Ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient dispensing of medications
Providing qualified healthcare advice and counselling patients on the quality use of medicines




Delivering professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations and other clinical services where applicable
Maintaining compliance with all pharmacy legislation, professional standards and company policies
Managing stock control, dispensary workflow and operational efficiencies
Building strong relationships with customers, local healthcare providers and the wider community
Driving a culture of exceptional customer service, teamwork and continuous improvement
Supporting the achievement of pharmacy service, professional care and business performance goals
About You
You are an experienced pharmacist who enjoys leading people, building positive team cultures and delivering exceptional patient care.
As this is a new pharmacy, you'll be excited by the opportunity to establish processes, mentor your team and create a welcoming workplace for both customers and staff from the very beginning.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
Previous experience as a Pharmacist Manager, Pharmacist in Charge or similar leadership role
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organiser and problem‐solving abilities
Experience managing pharmacy operations and leading a team
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
