The Position
This is a critical role responsible for branch performance and you will:
Manage the operations, warehouse and accounting teams
Recruit, mentor and provide continuting staff development opportunities
Achieve, manage and report branch revenue goals
Develop and implement business plans to deliver positive financial outcomes
Build strong relationships with recent and existing clients
Develop and maintain key relationships with carriers and service providers
Ensure company policies and processes are adhered to
Manage the team to deliver exceptional operational and customer service




Recognise and develop additional business opportunities
The Requirements
Strong international freight forwarding experience in the Sydney market
Superior organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication capability
Positive attitude underpinned by a strong drive and desire to succeed
Self motivated with mentoring ability
