About the Role
This isn't your average management role.
You'll be the operational backbone of four Auto Masters workshops across South Australia, keeping stores in Norwood, Elizabeth, Munno Para and Gawler running at their best.
Reporting directly to the Franchisee, you'll be the person who connects the dots between performance, people and process.
One day you're on the workshop floor supporting a diagnostic challenge, the next you're coaching a store manager through their numbers.
No two days look the same and that's exactly what makes this role rewarding.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive performance across four locations - supporting stores to hit sales targets and KPIs while upholding the standards that make Auto Masters stand out
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with franchise agreements, quality assurance standards and all statutory and licensing requirements
Get hands-on with technical and diagnostic support - your workshop knowledge will be invaluable when training and upskilling the network
Champion the Auto Masters brand across every store, every visit, every interaction
Support recruitment, inductions and in-store training to ensure every team member is set up for success
Be the go-to resource for the AMWOS DMS - training teams and troubleshooting as needed
Maintain a culture of honesty, efficiency and quality across the entire network

About You
You're not a desk manager.
You're a leader who rolls up their sleeves, earns respect on the floor and knows how to get the best out of people and performance at the same time.
A background in automotive mechanical trade is highly regarded - the ability to provide real technical support in the field sets you apart (desirable but not essential)
You understand the numbers (margin, targets, cost control) and know how to use them to drive genuine commercial results across multiple sites
You lead with energy and approachability; your teams respond to you because you invest in them, not just the outcomes
You bring proven experience in a multi-site leadership role, with a track record of inspiring teams, developing talent and delivering results
You're solution-focused and calm under pressure.
Whether you're dealing with a franchisee, a store manager or a customer, you show up with the right answer and the right attitude
A demonstrated history of growing sales and financial performance across multiple automotive service centres is essential - this isn't an entry-level step, it's a role for someone who's already done it
