PROVISE360 is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of complex construction and architectural joinery projects throughout Sydney.
With a strong pipeline of secured work across the high-end residential, multi-residential and commercial sectors, this is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of projects from pre-construction through procurement, construction, completion and handover.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Planning and managing projects from commencement through completion and handover
Developing and monitoring construction programs, procurement schedules and key project milestones
Determining construction methodologies, project resources and delivery strategies
Coordinating labour resources and the procurement and delivery of materials, plant, equipment and specialist construction components
Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, contracts and technical documentation
Coordinating clients, builders, architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors and tradespeople
Managing project budgets, forecasts, procurement commitments, progress claims, variations and commercial performance
Identifying construction, procurement, commercial and program risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies
Coordinating manufacturing, logistics, construction, delivery and site-installation activities
Monitoring project progress, subcontractor performance, quality, safety, cost and compliance
Managing project reporting, completion, defects, handover and close‐out
ABOUT YOU
Extensive experience managing construction projects from planning through completion
Experience delivering complex building, architectural joinery, interior construction or specialist subcontract projects
Strong construction programming, procurement, commercial‐management and site‐coordination capability
Experience managing project budgets, contracts, cost forecasts, progress claims and variations
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to interpret architectural drawings, construction documentation and specifications
Demonstrated experience coordinating consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors and tradespeople
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder‐management skills
A practical, commercially focused and solutions‐driven approach
The ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Building, Civil Engineering or a related discipline are highly desirable
