About the Prospect
As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) at Hay Health Service, you will be instrumental in the development and career success of the nursing team.
You will be the go‐to expert for nursing education, providing engaging evidence‐based programs and support to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Reap the benefit of your patient‐ and customised‐approach to education; ensuring all nursing staff can apply their learning to clinical practice and deliver safe, high‐quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
Deliver and coordinate clinical education and professional development
Orientate, supervise and mentor staff, students and TPP participants
Promote clinical leadership, best practice and a positive learning culture
Contribute to district‐wide education, training and policy development
Provide unit‐based and individual education and skill support
Delegate and support Nurses and others within scope of practice
Maintain contemporary practice and meet CNE/CME Framework requirements
Participate in audits,
