As a Consultant Recoveries, you'll play an significant role in supporting IAG's Recoveries business.
This is an engaging role where you'll support recoveries and help deliver positive outcomes for customers.
You'll use your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities to navigate complex situations and achieve the best possible results.
If you enjoy solving problems, negotiating outcomes, and working with a variety of stakeholders, this could be the perfect role for you.
As this is a predominantly phone-based role, you'll be comfortable spending much of your day speaking with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, building strong relationships and working towards successful resolutions.
This role is predominantly home-based, offering the flexibility to work remotely for most of the time.
To set you up for success, may be required to attend the office for an initial4-week training period.
Following successful completion of training, attendance in the office will be requiredonce per monthat a minimum for team collaboration and connection.
This is a 12-month max-term role based in Australia in any location IAG has an office.
What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with external suppliers, providing guidance, support and issue resolution.
Manage recoveries and all tasks in relation to this.
Prioritise workloads effectively and collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives
Meet performance targets and identify opportunities to improve team and business outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, policies and procedures
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer, compliance and commercial result
What You'll Bring
Experience in a customer-facing role; insurance industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a confident and personable approach.
Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Analytical mindset with strong numerical reasoning and commercial acumen.
Solutions-focused, adaptable, and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
A genuine sense of empathy and ability to support customers through challenging situations with care and professionalism
