We're partnering with an established organisation to find an experienced UKG (Kronos) Dimensions System Administrator who can confidently manage BAU technical administration while also leading enhancements, release activity, and problem-solving across the business.
You'll sit at the centre of workforce technology, working closely with HR, Payroll, Operations and IT to ensure the platform performs at its best.

About The Role
Own day-to-day technical administration and configuration of UKG Dimensions (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence/Attendance, Leave)
Configure and maintain pay rules, work rules, schedules and accrual profiles
Monitor and resolve integrations/file feeds with upstream/downstream systems (e.g. SAP EC/SAP Payroll)
Manage user access, roles and permissions in line with security/compliance requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve BAU issues across timekeeping, timeclocks, pay rules, schedules and employee time records
Plan and support UKG releases/patches including testing, validation and deployment support
Maintain documentation (SOPs/config notes) and partner with UKG Support, HR, Payroll, Operations and IT to deliver continuous improvement
About You
Strong hands-on experience administering UKG Dimensions (Kronos) in a production environment
3–5+ years systems administration experience, including 2+ years dedicated UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM / Kronos administration
Confident configuring pay rules, work rules, schedules and accrual profiles
Comfortable troubleshooting interfaces/data discrepancies and BAU defects
Familiar with time clock device administration and support
Solid understanding of wage & hour compliance concepts as they relate to configuration (overtime, meal/rest breaks)
Strong stakeholder management — able to translate technical detail into practical outcomes
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment
