Core Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Executives to achieve, and exceed, sales targets.




Drive new vehicle sales performance while maximizing departmental profitability and market share.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to support business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEM representatives, and key stakeholders.
Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Department to maximize finance penetration, value-added product sales, and overall dealership profitability.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
