Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of VOIP VHF radio capability across a geographically dispersed environment.
You will coordinate with engineering teams, technical leads, and third-party providers to replace legacy radio systems and ensure the smooth integration, testing, and deployment of high-availability VOIP services within a regulated environment.
Requirements:
Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering end-to-end VOIP radio services in a critical infrastructure or regulated setting
Strong background in technical integration, testing, and rollout of radio systems
Familiarity with emerging communications technologies (e.g., LEO, LTE)




Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage complex projects across multiple locations and teams
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset
Experience working within structured governance frameworks and stage-gate processes
Must be Australian citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance
High-impact role in a nationally critical federal government program
Work with cutting-edge VOIP and radio technologies
Top of the market contracting rate
