About the role
My Community Health is seeking talented and driven Community Occupational Therapist to join our established dedicated In-Home Nursing Team, servicing the Central Coast regions.
As a part-time Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, high-quality Occupational Therapist services to the local community.

What you'll be doing
Conduct thorough initial assessments to develop customised treatment plans for each client.
Deliver a range of interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs
Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay informed of industry best practices
Champion a client-centred approach, advocating for the unique needs and goals of each individual
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapist and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Occupational Therapist, preferably in a community or outpatient setting
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice
Passion for promoting health, wellbeing, and independence in the local community
Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Must have Australian working rights
