Job Description

As a Senior Actuarial Analyst in Pricing and Value, you'll play a key role in shaping the pricing insights and strategies that support sustainable growth, strong customer outcomes and sound risk management. Working at the intersection of data, analytics and commercial decision-making, you'll help influence outcomes across the business while driving continuous improvement in how we understand and respond to changing customer needs. In this role you will:
Deliver pricing insights and recommendations that drive sustainable growth and customer value.
Develop and enhance actuarial models to support pricing strategy and commercial decision-making.




Analyse complex business and customer data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Drive automation and analytical improvements that strengthen pricing capability and efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to influence decisions and deliver strategic outcomes.
Coach and share technical expertise to uplift team capability and foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and support sound business decisions.
Use data, modelling and programming tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or R to generate actionable insights.
Translate technical analysis into clear commercial recommendations that deliver value for customers and the business.
Bring curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, exploring new ideas, technologies and innovative solutions.
Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders through effective communication and cooperative partnership.
Draw on actuarial or broader quantitative expertise in disciplines such as mathematics, statistics, economics or data science, with progress towards professional qualifications welcomed.
