What does the job look like?
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be at the forefront of driving our industrial relations strategy across a highly diverse, unionised blue-collar workforce.
You will provide specialist advice to management and stakeholders to support operational efficiencies and improvements across the business, while benefiting from significant exposure to unions, tribunals, and courts.
This role is onsite based out of our HQ in Kemps Creek (NSW) Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide tailored employee relations and policy advice to site managers and leadership teams Act as a subject matter expert on employee and industrial relations matters across the organisation, including supporting People
