Warehouse Team LeaderWe're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our product warehouse.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a small team while remaining actively involved in warehouse operations, order preparation, freight coordination, and administration.

About the RoleAs the Warehouse Team Leader, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse by leading your team, coordinating customer orders, organising transport, and assisting with warehouse operations.
This role requires someone who enjoys leading from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of 2–3 warehouse employees.
Oversee daily operations across two warehouse areas.
Prepare, pick, pack, and coordinate customer orders for dispatch.
Plan and organise weekly order requirements.
Operate a counterbalance forklift and assist with stock movements.
Operate the pallet wrapping machine to prepare freight for dispatch.
Book freight and coordinate deliveries with transport providers.




Liaise professionally with customers and transport companies.
Complete warehouse administration, transport documentation, and paperwork.
Use Microsoft Dynamics (Vision) and transport booking systems.
Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
A current LF (Counterbalance Forklift) Licence .
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and support your team.
Strong administration and computer skills.
Experience coordinating freight and working with transport companies.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to prioritise tasks and keep warehouse operations running efficiently.
