Job Description Washing and sanitising dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment Operating commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, storage areas and back-of-house areas Assisting with basic food preparation when required Removing rubbish and maintaining waste disposal and recycling areas Receiving, storing and organising kitchen supplies Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures Supporting chefs and the wider Kitchen team during busy service periods Ensuring cleaning chemicals and equipment are used and stored safely Qualifications Previous experience working as a Kitchen Hand in a hotel, restaurant or similarly fast-paced environment Knowledge of kitchen hygiene,
