Job Description We're looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Bar Attendant to work with our banquets team and deliver exceptional beverage service across our conferences, weddings, functions and special events.
Working in a energetic events environment, you'll provide professional bar service, create memorable guest experiences and support the successful delivery of high-quality events within our 5-star hotel.
What You'll Do: Deliver friendly and efficient bar service across events, functions and special occasions.
Prepare and serve a range of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits and beers.
Set up and pack down event bars, ensuring all areas are presented to a high standard.
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar throughout service.
Work closely with the Events and Food Beverage teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Provide professional and engaging service while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Support beverage stock requirements and event preparation.
Qualifications We are looking for someone who is reliable, team-focused and takes pride in creating a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
You will bring: A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider kitchen team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
