If you're an experienced Residential Manager passionate about making a difference, here's your chance to lead a modern, purpose-built residence.
Stepping into this role you will take charge of daily operations and drive excellence and compliance in resident care — all with the support of cutting-edge technology and a passionate, skilled team.
Work in partnership with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT, within a dynamic and expanding national organisation.
What we are looking for: Minimum 3 years' experience managing medium-to-large aged care home (preferred) Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements Excellent people management skills Relationship building and negotiation skills Proven competency in operational planning, strategic and innovative thinking Resource management, rostering and budget management Knowledge and hands on experience using computers and care programs Passion to make a difference to our residents, families and Employees A collaborative and compassionate approach Ability to inspire your team Current RN nursing registration with AHPRA Police Check (issued within 12 months) Why Work with Us?
