The Company We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join a high-performing ICT team supporting critical technology services within a complex enterprise environment on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
The Role You'll play a key role in ensuring ICT systems remain secure, reliable, available and fit for purpose, while providing high-quality technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide technical expertise across enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and virtualisation environments.
Specifically, you will: Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and enterprise certificate services within a complex enterprise environment.
Manage and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including hybrid deployments.
Support and maintain Citrix environments.
About You You'll be an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong enterprise infrastructure background and the confidence to operate as a senior technical SME.
You'll ideally bring: Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Extensive hands-on experience with Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP,



Group Policy and enterprise certificates.
Strong experience with Azure and Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange Online and hybrid environments.
Solid experience administering Citrix A track record of contributing to and delivering enterprise infrastructure projects.
Experience working within an ITIL-based environment and structured change management processes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues through to root cause.
A relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Industry certifications will be advantageous.
