What you'll be doing Mentor, coach and formally supervise Speech Pathologists.
Deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings.
Complete assessments and develop meaningful, individualised therapy goals.
Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Help build a positive clinical culture where clinicians genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Are a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.
Have NDIS experience.
Enjoy mentoring and developing other clinicians.
Are passionate about evidence-based practice and leadership.
