Type: Full-time or part-time Location: North-West suburbs Outer South East Suburbs Relocation: Available (interstate international) International candidates welcome: All regions/ areas across C2C (Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane) Location: All C2C Service locations around Australia Salary: Banding $76,515 to $96,400 + Super Occupations: Positions available for Occupational therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists * all overseas candidates must be willing to work with our immigration agency for VISA's * About the Role As an OT at Connect2Care, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community, telehealth, and centre-based care.
This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.
Key responsibilities: Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults) Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes Provide AT assessments and recommendations Write transparent, timely reports Manage a diverse caseload and meet clinical targets Collaborate with families, referrers and other stakeholders Engage in regular supervision and professional development New Graduate Program We make your transition to clinical practice seamless and supportive, with a 12-month program that includes:
