This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a robust background in coordination or administration.
You will play a key role in supporting our field service operations, acting as the link between our customers and technicians to ensure work is scheduled, tracked and delivered efficiently.
We are seeking a highly organised and customer focused individual who can manage competing priorities, maintain strong relationships and ensure service jobs are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate field service work Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians Responding to queries and maintain good customer relations and preparation of quotations.
Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard Maintain service records, track job progress, and manage workflow Assist with parts ordering, invoicing, and reporting as needed Monitor and track work in progress.




About you Ideally experience within OEM equipment or related heavy industry Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Ready to transition into a coordination role and support a skilled team Proficiency in service management systems or willingness to learn Strong communication a culture that creates the highest quality, cutting-edge products, long-lasting relationships, and improved organisational and individual capabilities.
